FOURTEEN newly completed barangay halls were turned over last Friday by the Office of the Civil Defense (OCD) and Department of Public Works and Highways to their respective village beneficiaries in Makilala town, North Cotabato.
The chairmen of the recipient barangay received the facilities during a ceremonial ribbon-cutting in Sto Niño village.
