Embassy of Chile hosts seafood and wine night

The Embassy of Chile, in collaboration with Hightower Inc. and Don Revy, hosted heads and chefs from the Philippine food and beverage community for an intimate dinner featuring Chilean seafood and wine on August 30.

A night to connect and exchange ideas, it was led by Chile Ambassador to the Philippines Claudio Rojas with wife Maritza Perez at their residence in Makati City and was attended by Consul Marco Navarro and wife Belén Bussenius, Don Revy Philippines Inc. president and managing director Jojo Vega, Hightower Inc. Managing Director Rey Co, Bar Pintxos' Rany Libre, Wildflour founder Ana de Ocampo, The Test Kitchen's Josh Boutwood, Vice President for Retail Operations of Philippine Wine Merchants Nhorrie Wang, LTB Philippines Chef Association President chef Carlo Miguel, Ikomai and Tochi's chef James Antolin, Cork Wine and Bar Shop's chef Hennesy Casaclang and General Manager Cherry Leguria, Gigi Garcia, Eduardo Paez, Patrick Dinong and Ana Kempf.
