MANY talented players are still in the market, ready to help get pretenders and contenders alike over that proverbial hump. With NBA training camp ready to begin in a few weeks, not many teams are still looking to fill roster spots but expect these players to be snapped up by a team very soon. Here are some of the best available free agents:

1) LaMarcus Aldridge (center) – Aldridge signed with the Brooklyn Nets in September 2021 after coming out of retirement due to medical reasons. In nearly 50 games he played with the Nets, the 37-year-old, seven-time All-Star still managed to average 13 points and 5.5 rebounds while shooting 55 percent from the floor. After 16 seasons, Aldridge is still looking for his first NBA title and many contending teams lacking frontcourt depth would consider signing him. Additionally, he brings veteran experience and leadership to any team.
