THE Department of Transportation (DoTr) on Friday said it would privatize the EDSA Carousel and the commuter rail systems to help address the busway's woes.
During the roundtable consultation meeting conducted by the Management Association of the Philippines (MAP), Transportation Secretary Jaime Bautista said the suggestion to privatize the heads of policy should be "explored expeditiously" under the government's Private-Public Partnership Program (PPP).
