THE Philippines' largest fully integrated telecom PLDT is set on advancing the country's digital transformation and ambition to build the hyperscaler industry as it announced the start of construction of two more major ICT infrastructure projects before the end of the year.
Following the PLDT Group's build-out of the country's largest hyperscaler data center (DC) Vitro Sta. Rosa and the activation of Jupiter, the fastest international cable direct to the US and Japan, PLDT will inaugurate the construction of its fourth cable landing station to be located in Baler, Aurora, and the initial construction phase of the Asia Direct Cable (ADC) system, both by the end of the year.
