Thank you, The Manila Times

IT was summer of last year at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic when this author was given the opportunity to be a part of The Manila Times, the country's oldest circulating newspaper, and what a ride it has been since then.

My first assignment was the FIBA Asia Qualifying Tournament, a tournament dominated by Gilas Pilipinas, then bannered by young cagers and handled by Olympian and World Cup veteran campaigner Tab Baldwin.
