THE Philippine National Police (PNP) on Saturday announced the arrest of a "vlogger" who allegedly used his food business as a front where his workers are runners for the illegal drugs trade in Laguna.
PNP chief Gen. Rodolfo Azurin Jr. said Jerome Zapanta Layson, also known as "Jhem Bayot" on Facebook and YouTube, was with alleged accomplices identified as Ginalyn Pintang Benisa and Crismark Bablboa Alimagno when he was arrested.
