Bulacan celebrates 'mother of all fiestas'

CITY OF MALOLOS: The 'Parada ng Karosa' highlighted the grand opening of the Singkaban Festival in Bulacan on Thursday. It was attended by provincial officials, guests and Bulakenyos in front of the Capitol building in this city.

The first face-to-face celebration after two years of the pandemic, festival goers were amazed at the colorful floats that made their way into the capitol compound, which was participated in by 11 cities and municipalities.
