THE Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and Bureau of Customs (BoC) wants to enhance the implementation of the Fuel Marking Program.

In a statement released Friday, BIR and BoC discussed the current procedures for conducting random field and confirmatory testing on petroleum products to reduce oil smuggling under the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion (TRAIN) Law.
