US gives P7.5M for Baguio museum

TO preserve local cultural treasures, the United States government is giving P7.5 million ($133,526) to rehabilitate the recently relaunched Baguio Museum in Baguio City.

The US Embassy in the Philippines said US Ambassador to the Philippines MaryKay Carlson announced the grant for the rehabilitation of the museum during her first visit to Baguio City from September 1 to 3.
