Go Negosyo founder Jose Maria "Joey" Concepcion 3rd on Wednesday proposed to shift the government's strategy against Covid-19 to mitigation after the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF) recommended the lifting of the outdoor mask mandate.
Concepcion welcomed the IATF's recommendation but said "it is now crucial for the Philippines to have mitigation strategies already in place."
