(UPDATE) THE Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF) has recommended the voluntary wearing of face masks outdoors across the country, Malacañang said Wednesday.
In a Palace press briefing, Department of Health (DoH) Officer in Charge Ma. Rosario Vergeire said the recommendation was verbally approved by President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr.
