THE Court of Appeals (CA) junked the plea of Japanese gaming tycoon Kazuo Okada, Filipino businessman Antonio "Tonyboy" Cojuangco and Dindo Espeleta for a temporary restraining order (TRO) against the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp. (Pagcor) and Tiger Resort Asia Ltd. (TRAL).
The Pagcor last week ordered Cojuangco and Espeleta to vacate their posts at Okada Manila.
