Ex-president Marcos birthday on Sept. 12 a holiday in Ilocos Norte

MALACAÑANG has declared September 12 a special non-working day in Ilocos Norte.

As stated in Proclamation 53, the special holiday is to commemorate the 105th birth anniversary of the namesake and father of President Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos Jr., Ferdinand Sr.
