THE Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) initiated on Thursday its investigation into the "system slowdown" experienced at the Land Transportation Office (LTO) that delayed the processing of some online transactions in the agency.
Engineer George Tadio, one of the DICT experts, assured that it will conduct an in-depth and fair investigation into the LTO's information technology (IT) system to determine the real cause of the slowdown.
