Capillary Technologies, a B2B SaaS platform for customer loyalty and engagement, has scooped a gold award and two silver awards at Marketing-Interactive's Loyalty & Engagement Awards 2022. Capillary Technologies was also a finalist in no less than four separate categories.
The gold award was for Domino's Pizza Indonesia in the Best CRM Strategy category. The silver awards were for Domino's Pizza Indonesia in the Best Use of Consumer Insights/Data Analytics category and Erajaya Swasembada in the Best Membership Programme category. Capillary was also shortlisted in the Best Omni-Channel Strategy for its work for Biba Fashion.
