(UPDATE) POPE Francis has named a Filipino priest as consultor of the Vatican dicastery that oversees Catholic schools, universities and institutes of higher education around the world.
The appointment of Jesuit Fr. Jose V.C. Quilongquilong to the Vatican's Congregation for Catholic Education (CCE) was announced by the Loyola School of Theology (LST), where he served as its former president.
