(UPDATE) FORMER president Rodrigo Duterte this early is rallying his party-mates to prepare for the midterm elections in 2025.
The "retired" 77-year-old former chief executive issued the call during the National Council Meeting of the Partido Demokratiko Pilipino-Laban ng Bayan (PDP-Laban) in Parañaque City last August 29.
