MMSU welcomes back 15K students on campus

AROUND 15,000 students are back to school in Batac City in Ilocos Norte filling the empty colleges, classrooms, streets and hallways of Mariano Marcos State University (MMSU) for two long years due to the pandemic.

According to Daniel Tapaoan Jr., MMSU information officer, the university opened its gate on August 25 to welcome students who are up and action-ready for full face-to-face classes this first semester of the Academic Year 2022-2023.
