Valenzuela, San Juan to abide by SC order on no contact apprehension policy

THE cities of San Juan and Valenzuela said on Wednesday that they will abide by the Supreme Court order stopping the implementation of the 'no contact apprehension policy' (NCAP).

In a statement, the Valenzuela LGU said it suspended its NCAP operations on August 30, pending the Supreme Court's TRO ruling 'although the City Government is yet to receive its formal notice.'
