AN alleged bomb maker of the Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters (BIFF) was killed in a clash with government forces in Maguindanao, the military reported on Monday.
Col. Oriel Pangcog, Army 601st Infantry Brigade commander, said government troops were conducting a patrol in the village of Damablac, Talayan, Maguindanao when they encountered about 20 heavily armed BIFF combatants Sunday afternoon.
