Marcelo Day a holiday in Bulacan

BULACAN: Bulacan will observe on Tuesday another hero's day and a non-working holiday as Bulakenyos celebrate the 172nd birth anniversary of Gat Marcelo H. del Pilar.

The holiday also coincides with the first celebration of National Press Freedom Day.
