LandBank to issue cash cards to farmers

THE Land Bank of the Philippines (LandBank) said over the weekend that it is cooperating with the Department of Agriculture (DA) to provide cash cards to 90,227 farmer beneficiaries under the Rice Farmers Financial Assistance (RFFA) Program.

More than 90,000 farmers in Region 1 (Ilocos Region), Region 2 (Cagayan Valley), Region 3 (Central Luzon) and Region 6 (Western Visayas) are expected to receive Intervention Monitoring Cards (IMCs) from the state-run bank on Sept. 7, 2022.
