OUTSOURCING industry revenues and jobs could respectively grow by 10 percent and 8 percent annually over the course of the Marcos administration's six-year term, the Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP) said.
In a statement issued on Monday, the CCAP expressed optimism that the industry — tagged by the Labor department as a key employment generator — would continue to be supported by the government given the goal of growing the economy to pre-pandemic levels.
