FPA trains fertilizer and pesticide vendors

TUGUEGARAO CITY: A total of 103 applicants for a license to operate (LTO) as fertilizer and pesticide handlers were warned by the Fertilizer and Pest Authority (FPA) about the proliferation of fake fertilizers and pesticides.

The FPA said the applicants had undergone the FPA Cagayan Valley-Accredited Safety Dispenser training, 41 participants from Nueva Vizcaya and 62 from Isabela, as a prerequisite for LTO issuance.
