BACOLOD CITY: Whether earthquakes rattled Victorias City in Negros Occidental last week has been debated by the local government unit (LGU) and the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs).

The LGU insisted that earthquakes did strike the city, pointing to cracks in a school building.
