DSWD: Student aid distribution smooth

THE Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) said on Saturday that all went well during the second day of distribution of educational cash assistance nationwide.

'All sites are manageable. On the 200 payment sites around the country, we aim to assist 90,000 customers today,' DSWD Assistant Secretary Romel Lopez told reporters.
