THE Department of Energy (DoE) has created an advisory panel composed of distinguished senior legal advisors from the private sector who will advise the department on energy law reform and various energy-related legal matters.
In a press briefing on Thursday, Energy Secretary Raphael Lotilla said the panel will help ensure that the policy recommendations from the Energy department to President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. and Congress are fully grounded on the Constitution, the laws of the land and sound legal principles.
