(UPDATE) THE Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) has dispatched two vessels to conduct search and rescue (SAR) operations for the passengers and crew of the MV Asia Philippines, a Starlite Shipping vessel, which caught fire one nautical mile off Batangas Anchorage Area late Friday afternoon.
