THE House of Representatives convened today, Friday, to deliberate on the proposed P5.268 trillion national budget.
Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez promised that every centavo of the national budget would be properly used to put into place programs that would save lives, safeguard communities and strengthen and expand the economy.
