Tourism sector seen to boost local economy

HOTEL executives said on Wednesday that the tourism industry will be among the significant contributors to the economic boost as quarantine restrictions in the Philippines continue to loosen.

During a gathering hosted by the American Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines, general manager of Sheraton Manila Hotel Anna Vergara told reporters that the hotel industry is focusing on the local market.
