NDRRMC: 3 dead due to 'Florita'

THE National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRMMC) said at least three people were reported dead during the onslaught of Severe Tropical Storm 'Florita'.

They came from Regions 2 (Cagayan Valley), 5 (Bicol) and the Cordillera Autonomous Region (CAR). Two were confirmed fatalities.
