Colliers: Retail space to average 250K sqm annually

GLOBAL real estate management company Colliers believes that from 2022 to 2025, the retail space in Metro Manila will have an annual average completion of 250,500 square meters (sqm).

Colliers research editor Joey Bondoc said central business districts such as Makati, Fort Bonifacio, Bay Area and Araneta City are likely to account for 58 percent of the new supply during the period.
