THE Department of Agriculture (DA) on Wednesday said it plans to expand "Kadiwa" outlets in Metro Manila to ensure residents will have access to quality, safe and affordable agri-fishery products.
As of July 31, the Kadiwa program has benefitted 151 farmers' cooperatives and associations (FCA).
