THE Philippine Red Cross has given nearly P43 million in cash and emergency shelter assistance to towns in Southern Leyte that were affected by Tropical Storms "Odette" and "Agaton".
Led by its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Richard Gordon, the PRC gave 400 families in San Francisco and Pintuyan, Southern Leyte P5,000 in cash, corrugated galvanized iron sheets and shelter tool kits.
