'Boosters prevent severe, critical cases'

THE Department of Health (DoH) reminded Filipinos to get their booster shots to prevent hospitalizations and deaths as serious and critical Covid-19 cases continue to rise in the country.

DoH Officer in Charge Maria Rosario Vergeire said that the percentage of severe and critical cases had increased in the past weeks, but it remained below 1,000 cases.
