Castro preserves best for last, Pogoy, Williams carry load as TNT nips SMB in Game 1

Jayson Castro isn't ready to surrender his role as the TNT Tropang Giga's best closer.

'The Blur' reaffirmed that role to perfection with a game-winning jumper in the last second, propelling the Tropang Giga to a tense 86-84 win over the San Miguel Beermen at the start of their Philippine Cup best-of-seven championship series at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
