'Nobody pressured me,' says resigned Agriculture exec on 300K MT sugar import

RESIGNED Agriculture undersecretary Leocadio Sebastian testified on Tuesday that no one pressured him to allow the importation of 300,000 metric tons of sugar.

Sebastian made the claim during the first hybrid hearing of the Senate blue ribbon committee on the alleged irregular sugar importation under Sugar Order 4 (SO4) which he signed.
