Suspend no contact apprehension policy

THE Department of Transportation (DoTr) through the Land Transportation Franchising and and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) urged the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) to suspend for 30 days the no contact apprehension policy (NCAP) for public utility vehicles (PUVs) that were allowed to travel in 133 pre-pandemic routes in Metro Manila.

These routes were recently reopened in time for the opening of classes on Monday.
