CILA celebrates 25 years

CLARK Investors and Locators Association (CILA), now celebrating its 25 years, was organized for the purpose of protecting the interest of its members, assisting locators to become globally competitive.

In this way, it aims to promote the Clark Freeport and Special Economic Zone — master-planned as an airport-driven urban center and the next rising hub for tourism and industry in the Philippines.
