DBM submits 2023 budget to Congress

THE Department of Budget and Management (DBM) on Monday turned over the 2023 National Expenditure Program (NEP) or the proposed P5.268 trillion budget to the House of Representatives.

Budget Secretary Amenah Pangandaman handed the budget proposal to House Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez.
