12K get DSWD cash aid in Cagayan Valley

TUGUEGARAO CITY: More than 12,000 people went to the Social Welfare department in Cagayan Valley on Saturday, August 20, to get financial aid under the Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation (AICS) program.

A total of 2,000 people trooped to the provincial office in Tuguegarao City, while the Isabela provincial office in Ilagan City drew 5,000 individuals.
