MALACAÑANG has declared the government's readiness against monkeypox after the detection of two more cases of the disease in the country.
"Siniguro ng Department of Health (DoH) ang kahandaan natin para sa monkeypox matapos ang kumpirmasyon ng dalawang bagong kaso ng nasabing sakit (The Department of Health has ensured our readiness for monkeypox after the confirmation of two more cases of the disease)," Press Secretary Rose Beatrix "Trixie" Cruz-Angeles said in a Facebook post on Friday night.
