THE Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) began disbursing financial aid under the Educational Assistance Program on Saturday. at the DSWD Central Office in Batasan Complex, Quezon City.
Speaking at the Press Briefing on Saturday, Secretary Erwin Tulfo emphasized that the money would be used for the purchase of students' school supplies.
