IN line with the Philippine Red Cross' (PRC) objective to reach the most vulnerable, PRC volunteers and staff crossed two rivers and trekked through a mountain to bring aid to earthquake-hit Barangay Sabnangan and Sito Pega in Luba town, Abra over the weekend.
