CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY: Nine upland villages in the port capital of Northern Mindanao need P200 million to address the water shortage for its over 300,000 residents, a lawmaker said Friday.

Rep. Rufus Rodriguez of the city's second congressional district said he will try to convince the Department of Public Works and Highways to include P100 million in the 2023 national budget for the development of a water supply system for the city's upland villages.
