Angat Dam water level worries farmers

IRRIGATED rice land farmers in Bulacan are worried about the receding water level at Angat Dam despite the rainy season.

Liza Sacdalan, president of the Plaridel-Guiguinto Irrigators Association and chairman of Central Luzon Organic Rice Producers Association, said they are wondering why the water elevation of Angat Dam keeps on receding while other dams in Luzon keep on rising due to heavy rains in the past weeks.
