Carlos visits Palawan, Kalayaan Islands

THE Western Command (Wescom) on Thursday said that National Security Adviser (NSA) Dr. Clarita Carlos visited Palawan and the Kalayaan Group of Islands.

Wescom said that the visit of the NSA secretary gave a big boost to the troops there.
