Pasiwen is new Police Region 3 head

CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga: A proud Igorot police officer from Mountain Province is the new regional director of Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) as he assumed the post on Tuesday.

BGen. Matthew Baccay relinquished his post to BGen. Cesar Pasiwen during the change of command ceremony held at the PRO3 Patrol Hall, Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
