INDIAN Ambassador to the Philippines Shambhu Kumaran graced the celebration of Indian National College of Medicine (INCM) students of the University of Perpetual Help System Dalta (UPHSD) in Las Piñas City for the 75th anniversary of Indian Independence – remembering August 15, 1947, ending nearly 200 years of British colonial rule – on Monday, August 15, 2022 at the Ernesto Crisostomo Hall of the said university.

Around 800 coeds taking medical courses enjoyed the day wearing their national costumes and joined the traditional presentations in cooperation with the university's administration.
